COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) – A partnership between former Ohio State University Buckeyes is giving students access to technology.
Former quarterback Braxton Miller, who heads his own foundation, is teaming up with his former teammate Joel Hale, head of Ready-2-Xecute (R2X), a logistics firm.
The two made a special donation to Eastland Preparatory Academy, consisting of 110 computer monitors, 145 desks, and 110 chairs.
The former Buckeyes said they’re motivated by a personal mission to give back to the community.
Miller and Hale have also teamed up to start a new venture aimed at helping new businesses and individuals get the insurance coverage they need to succeed.
